The set of the show consisted mostly of a group 12 2ft x 2ft x 2ft black box frames. Here three were placed next to each other to make a child's bed. Also in the scene (but not pictured) was a door that was held by two actors and could be split in two when a super villain burst through it.
A table and chairs in a diner. Also in the scene (but not pictured) was an actor holding a bell denoting the door to the diner that has a bell to let the wait staff know when someone comes in.
The boxes were stacked in two rows of three, the back row being stacked two high, to create the image of bleachers where the two actresses sat on.
The boxes were placed in two rows of three to make desks and a chair was placed at each "desk."
7 boxes were placed together to create a hospital bed.

This grave stone read: Maurice Stiefel 1991-2007 "All that's known" (This is a reference to our previous production of "Spring Awakening") The other two read: C. B. Brown 1922-2000 (This is referencing our previous production of "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown") James "Jimmy" Armstrong 1972-2009 (This is referencing our then upcoming production of "American Idiot")
One of the four gravestones used in a scene at a cemetery. This one is the gravestone of the grandmother of the character Hope.
Two chairs and two peices of luan with handles on them held by actors were used to create two bathroom stalls.
All 12 boxes were placed in two rows of 6 to create the benches of a subway car.
